Coach Staruch (my AP HUGE teacher) hinted that we may be headed on a trip to Australia for a short time over summer, of course for "educational purposes". Got any suggestions on where to head?

Depends on what education your up too. If its like animals then come to Mackay, There's plenty of rainforests and the like. If it was geograhy I'd go to Uluru in Northern Territory. What does he coach (In english, this isn't friggin counter-strike.).

First thing first. I Live in North Queensland. I live near Mackay. The gold coast is a little above Brisbane, capital of Queensland. The great barrier reef is just off the coast, though some km's away. OKAY SAMUEL!!! I don't live in New South Wales or Victoria. I live in the country basically, I can drive manuals or automatics okay. (I think you call Manuals, stick shift or something over there.) ITS NOT LIKE YOUR RED NECK COUNTRY EITHER.

Manuals for life. If you want to get anywhere in Queensland or Northern Territory or Western Australia you'll want a diesel 4wd. there a few spots a mustang would be in trouble Though it would look cool. LANDCRUISER FOR LIFE!!! 6 Cylinder Diesel, Turbo, Intercooler and a lot of fuel! Actually, You would do excellent in Northern Territory, The roads are excellent and dead flat and even better, really straight. Shame there a speed limit there now :(

Awwww. if there went a speed limit, i'd treat it s a personal autobahn. And go tear up the dirt and sandstone and somehow get stuck in a large quick sand pit and die in the desert! (Karma-wise) Also. The flat areas, I'd pop a wheelie and dig my wheels into the dirt and get stuck and call Triple A.

First of all, The regional is dirt, sand and rock. Where the fuck did you get sandstone from???
Secondly, There isn't enough water for a quicksand pit, I doubt you'd find one in our desert.
Thirdly, Triple AAA??? WHAT THE HELL, IS THAT YOUR TOW COMPANY OR SOMETHING!!! THERES NO AAA IN AUSTRALIA. Your screwed mate, try 000 for emergency (Police, fire, ambulance) or get the number for the towing people.
RACQ in Queensland
RACV in Victoria
I don't know who does northern territory.

Lol, I don't know shit about Australia except that it has the Great Barrier Reef, Ayer's Rock, and it has Kangaroos and Koalas. Also it has Sydney's Opera House! Everything else, I know is what you guys call the outback? But other than that. That's pretty much all I know about it =P

God you Americans!!! You frigging make sure we know everything in your country but when it comes to another country you don't know shit. We know your president, your states and all this crap but most Americans don't even know who Kevin Rudd is or that Koalas are not bears and they shouldn't be called Koala bears. I'm not meaning to cause offense of I have but its bloody ridiculous.

By the way, Ayers rocks is known as Uluru (Its original Aboriginal name!)
