Did you get philosophy lesson from, say, me? Or is it just me that suddenly pessimism is the new cool? I didn't actually read it in detail, merely skimmed it. Edit: After reading the whole thing in about 1 minute, I support your hideous views of this corrupt world and admire the poetic symbolism that it represents. |

Haha. It's not pessimistic. It's more... "I used to be depressed, but now I'm okay!" |

You provided an Idea, which i considered awhile ago, but never followed through. And the recent events in my life have provide some motivation. Jayne wrote: Haha. It's not pessimistic. It's more... "I used to be depressed, but now I'm okay!" I'm not okay, this is a way of expressing my opinion through my lives, past present and workings. |

On the concept of humans unable to cooperate, its not strictly true. Among wolves of the same clan, there is always ritual combat to determine the alpha. However, I have recently read something about the human race being suicidal in that we allow everyone to breed, and do not practice tournaments to determine which males passes on his "superior" genes. I also view death as the release from the cycle of a spirit's roving. Surprisingly, I first remember seeing a concept of mortality as simply one phase of many in a spirit's "life" in DragonLance. |

I'm an not arguing that Humans can't cooperate in communities or even countries. But we can never achieve it on a global scale, thats why wars start, and there is always somthing to envy about your neighbours. which will bring diminished amounts of cooperation between you. You may have nothing against him, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have somthing against you. Also your Alpha male comment will bring me into the next spirit walk, the requrments to lead. People can't, in my opinion. People have an innate desire for power and violence! I don't like people. |

What was that quote? Oh yeah "Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely" |

yep. there are quite a few other things that illustrate this point, such as Lord of the Flies, which is a very, very telling book. |

All right... this last post. Preventing death is futile, and everyone's just drawing it out. Better to die early and live a full life than waste a long life trying to live longer. |
